Le Point Fort in Aubervilliers unveils its new open-air stage with 1000 m² terrace and roller party
At the gateway to Paris, a new open-air stage is about to open its doors. Le Point Fort d’Aubervilliers unveils a brand-new space, nestled between containers, with a 1,000 m² terrace. From April 25, 2026, open-air music fans will be able to dance until midnight.
Le Point Fort: a cultural Mecca at the gateway to Paris
Opening in 2021, the Point Fort is defined as a Mecca for creation, dissemination and cultural mediation. It is supported by the Villes des Musiques du Monde association, which promotes popular cultural education. The French Ministry of Culture also supports this ambitious project.
Every year, this space welcomes over 250 artists, 160 events and 60,000 spectators. These figures testify to a real local dynamic. As a result, the Point Fort has established itself as a major player on the Ile-de-France cultural scene.
Its mission is as simple as it is beautiful: to provide a place of expression for less-represented cultural communities. What’s more, it makes many practices accessible to all, so that they don’t fall into oblivion. Strong social values guide every program.

Spaces designed for parties and encounters
The site already features several distinct and complementary spaces. There’s a marquee that can accommodate up to 500 people. A large 1,500 m² semi-open hall completes the layout.
The 1,000 m² terrace offers the ideal setting for sunny days. This outdoor space now becomes the beating heart of the new open-air stage. As a result, programming possibilities are multiplying.

A new open-air stage with exceptional sound
In addition to its existing stage, Point Fort unveils a brand-new open-air stage. It is nestled between containers, creating an urban, festive atmosphere. This installation marks a turning point for the venue.
The sound system was entrusted to David Rousseau. He also designed the sound system at Mia Mao, Porte de la Villette. Bass lovers won’t be disappointed, as the sound quality promises to be exceptional.
This additional stage allows culture to resonate in a new format. The open air brings a unique freedom and conviviality. As a result, Point Fort is strengthening its offer for all audiences.
A sound system made for dancefloors
The choice of David Rousseau is not an insignificant one. His expertise is recognized in the Paris club scene. Thanks to this partnership, the new open-air stage benefits from professional equipment.
Low frequencies will be given particular attention. Every electro set will gain in power and clarity. In this way, the sound experience will live up to clubbers’ expectations.
“Family reunion: the inaugural event
To celebrate this opening, Point Fort has come up with a unique event in its own image. It’s called “Reunion de famille” and will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026. The party will start at 1 p.m. and go on until midnight.
Electro DJs will be performing on both stages throughout the day. This open air event promises a rich and varied program. In short, eleven hours of music await festival-goers.
The day will be punctuated by a host of events. A roller party will allow you to put on your skates on the dancefloor. Food and streetwear stalls round out the festive experience.
This event represents the DNA of the place: a federative party open to all. Le Point Fort thus confirms its commitment to bringing communities together. The address to remember: 174 avenue Jean-Jaurès, 93300 Aubervilliers.
