Maison Delano brunch: an Italian Sunday in a typically Parisian townhouse
In the tree-lined courtyard of its beautiful private mansion on rue d’Anjou, Maison Delano distills a Sunday brunch with an Italian accent. A rendez-vous where the generosity of the buffet meets the precision of a chef’s cuisine.
Behind the elegant façade of the 8th arrondissement, Maison Delano Paris cultivates the art of entertaining with a rare elegance. On Sundays, between 12 and 3pm, the house opens its salons and patio to a generous, gourmet brunch. Here, time slows down, conversations liven up, and the plates tell the story of a contemporary Italy, brought to life by Chef Paolo Minelli.
As soon as you arrive, a glass of champagne or a mimosa sets the tone. A festive lightness, never excessive, that accompanies a gourmet stroll through the different areas of the buffet.
A generous buffet of tradition and finesse

The first thing to catch your eye is the basket of pastries, still warm and light-catching. Then it’s on to the shucker’s bench: whelks, oysters and prawns line up with almost graphic precision. Next door, the selection of charcuterie and cheeses invites you on a more earthy journey, between melt-in-the-mouth textures and assertive flavors.
The cold hors d’oeuvres prolong this impression of controlled generosity. Delicately sliced smoked salmon, seasonal salads, silky vitello tonnato, garnished bagels… Each proposal finds its place without ever weighing down the whole.
Cooking in motion
In the heart of the dining room, minute cooking is a natural attraction. Eggs, prepared as desired, are reminiscent of brunch classics, but with precise execution. A dish of the day, imagined by the Chef, completes the experience, a surprise that anchors the moment in a living, never-fixed cuisine.
This dialogue between buffet and hot plate gives rhythm to the meal. We compose, we return, we adjust. Nothing is imposed, everything is suggested.
Special attention for Mother’s Day
Dessert follows on from this: an assortment of pastries, with a variety of textures, to pick at as the mood takes you. A delicate finish, without excess sugar, that leaves a clear impression.
For Mother’s Day, Maison Delano is adding a special touch: mothers will be offered amaretti, prepared by Chef Paolo Minelli and his team. A simple, delicate Italian touch, in keeping with the spirit of the house.
Priced at 95 euros per adult (including a glass of champagne or a mimosa) and 55 euros for children up to 6 years old, this brunch is as much for family reunions as for Sundays with friends. The setting does the rest: a peaceful inner courtyard, luminous lounges, and that rare sensation of being away from it all without leaving Paris.
