Louis Vuitton unveils its new culinary scene in Saint-Tropez

Under the impetus of Michelin-starred chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric, Louis Vuitton is transforming its Saint-Tropez restaurant into a gastronomic laboratory of prestige and innovation.

A summer of haute cuisine

Located in the heart of the White 1921 hotel on Place des Lices, the Arnaud Donckele & Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton restaurant reopens for the 2025 summer season. Awarded a Michelin star last April, the establishment promises an original sensory voyage, blending refinement, terroir and audacity.

But beyond the plate, Louis Vuitton is taking advantage of this reopening to launch a major culinary project: the creation of its own gastronomic community.

Louis Vuitton’s culinary community

Born of the collaboration between Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric when they started out at Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez, this “Louis Vuitton culinary community” aims to support young talents around the world. Through a spirit of transmission, it embodies the values of the Maison: excellence, creativity and cultural openness.

Present in Paris, New York and Tokyo, this gastronomic vision transcends borders and is expressed even in the kitchen, where we find nods to the Monogram motif, subtly integrated into certain dishes.

A solar and local map

In a relaxed, family spirit, the chefs have devised a menu in three acts: international, cultural and disruptive. All prepared with carefully selected local and seasonal produce.

On the menu: marbled tomatoes, ravioli with chanterelle mushrooms, brill in seaweed meunière, and blue lobster with shiso. Dishes that reveal a hybrid culinary identity, between the Mediterranean and global influences.

And for a sweet break? Maxime Frédéric’s rhubarb vacherin is a must for tea time, served in a floral decor inspired by the Resort 2025 collection.

Louis Vuitton’s ephemeral gastronomic destination

The restaurant is open until September 30, 2025, offering a unique experience between luxury, terroir and transmission. With this project, Louis Vuitton confirms its desire to combine hospitality and excellence, in a setting that is both warm and visionary.
