From June 30 to August 8, 2025, the Pavillon Ledoyen is offering a unique event format: a gastronomic barbecue orchestrated by Yannick Alléno, the world’s most Michelin-starred chef. An exclusive experience, designed for groups, in an unsuspected green setting in the heart of Paris.
Fire as a pretext for celebration
Designed for companies or high-end private events, this new offering sublimates a convivial ritual – the barbecue – by propelling it into the world of haute gastronomy.
It all starts with a bucolic cocktail: focaccia with flower pesto, zucchini flower fritters, iced gazpacho… Then comes the big table, enlivened by live cooking on an OFYR design brazier: prime rib, milk-fed lamb chops, poultry with lemon confit, seasonal vegetables, fresh salads, roasted pineapple and an ice cream bar to finish. A masterful, festive and generous score.
An exceptional setting for a different kind of entertaining
The Salon Offenbach and its tree-lined terrace can be fully privatized. The décor (furniture, tableware, flowers) evokes a palatial garden party, combining natural chic with French refinement.
