As the festive season approaches, the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, unveils an exceptional program combining tradition, magic and excellent craftsmanship. True to its refined spirit, the Place de la Concorde luxury hotel is transformed into an enchanted stage where lights, delicacies, artistic collaborations and solidarity commitments come together. To celebrate the end of the season in style, the Crillon imagines a dazzling, festive and resolutely Parisian end to the year.
A Palace lit up to celebrate Christmas

For the first time, from November 26, 2025, the majestic façade of the Hôtel de Crillon will sparkle in the colors of an unprecedented collaboration with the ACF and FIFA. A spectacular luminous decor envelops the Place de la Concorde in a magical halo, bringing the spirit of the festive season to the heart of the capital.

The highlight of the launch is the Marché de Noël 2025, held on November 29 and 30 in the palace’s prestigious historic salons. For this fifth edition, the Crillon is bringing together a cutting-edge selection of emblematic houses –
The event also has a solidarity dimension, with renewed support for theAïda Association and its “Noël à l’hôpital” operation, to bring comfort and joy to young hospitalized patients.
Gourmandise according to Matthieu Carlin: the art of holiday pastry-making

A true signature of the Crillon, Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin presents a number of gourmet rendezvous specially imagined for the season.
His Yule Log 2025created in collaboration with Christofle, embodies the elegance of the palace: Madagascar vanilla mousse, almond-speculoos praline crunch, melting apple compote, soft cookie and white chocolate. A refined composition, conceived as a jewel case of sweetness.
Holiday Tea Time at the Jardin d’Hiver extends the magic with a selection of delicate creations served from November 28 to January 4, while the Butterfly Pâtisserie offers two exclusive sweet experiences:
– the signature marble cake accompanied by a hot chocolate
– or a gourmet pastry served with a flute of Champagne.
Finally, the season closes with a Madagascan vanilla frangipane galette des rois, also imagined in collaboration with Christofle, accompanied by a jar of almond-speculoos praline.
The Winter Chalet and the Warm Flavours of the Season

Outside, on the Place de la Concorde, the Chalet d’Hiver invites passers-by to take a warm break, from November 26 to January 6. Golden waffles by WAFFL®, creamy hot chocolate, comforting recipes: this ephemeral venue elegantly reinterprets the tradition of Alpine chalets.
Three gourmet toppings by Matthieu Carlin – blueberry & chestnut cream, salted butter caramel, praline & spread – ensure instant pleasure, to be savoured while strolling in front of one of Paris’s most majestic landmarks.
An exceptional collaboration at Bar Les Ambassadeurs
To complete the festive experience, Bar Les Ambassadeurs signs a refined alliance with The Macallan. An ephemeral menu celebrates the art of whisky with two creations based on Sherry Oak 12 Year Old, and a signature cocktail featuring the prestigious Sherry Oak 18 Year Old. A rare sensory experience, ideal for an elegant and inspired December.
