Maison Delano Paris launches its coffee time, a new chic interlude in the 8th arrondissement

In the heart of the elegant 8th arrondissement, Maison Delano Paris is enriching its art of living with a novelty that will appeal to hotel guests and Parisians alike: its very first coffee time, launched on March 2, 2026. Set up in the Delano Bar, this new coffee rendez-vous is in keeping with the refined, contemporary DNA of the address. Here, the coffee break becomes a true moment of experience, between demanding taste and signature decor.

Designed as a breath of fresh air in the city, this coffee time is available every day from 11am to 6pm, on site or to take away. A proposal that positions Maison Delano not only as a luxury hotel, but also as a place to live anchored in its neighborhood.

A specialty coffee true to the chef’s Italian roots

At the helm, chef Paolo Minelli, faithful to his Italian roots, has chosen to collaborate with Lavazza through its 1895 Coffee Designers collection. Roasted in Turin, the selected blend, Cocoa Reloaded, reveals a gourmet aromatic profile dominated by notes of chocolate, enhanced by spices and orange zest.

Extraction is by French Press, using the slow brew method, to preserve all the aromatic richness of the coffee. The menu features the great classics: espresso, cappuccino, latte and flat white. Two signature creations complete the offer. The Amaretto Cappuccino, a nod to the chef’s origins, combines espresso, milk and amaretto syrup for a touch of Dolce Vita. The more floral Blossom Cappuccino combines espresso, milk and orange blossom, enhanced by pistachio chips.

A daring patisserie and an elegant bar

To accompany this break, the chef and his sous-chef pâtissier Enzo Ohayon have come up with an exclusive and surprising creation: a dessert based on mushrooms. A milk and shiitake ganache, hazelnut praline center, crispy tuiles and cep oil are layered on a sweet cep-based pastry. A delicate, balanced and resolutely contemporary proposal, in perfect dialogue with the notes of the coffee.
All this can be enjoyed at the Delano Bar, imagined by designer Lázaro Rosa Violán. The space plays with tones of leather, tobacco, terracotta and copper, in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. Opening directly onto the street, the bar offers a subtle contrast between Parisian effervescence and a hushed atmosphere.
