The founding duo strictly follows their greenhouse gas reduction policy and in addition to their ethical and environmental commitments. The brand has a unique feature that sets it apart from its competitors: it spends no budget on advertising and marketing.

Balzac Paris 

The pitch: The brand known for its literary sweatshirts has made responsible fashion its flagship and advocates for ‘slow fashion’ since its creation in 2014. Four years later, Balzac even launched a TPR (Toujours Plus Responsable) program, striving to adhere to it as much as possible.

The green touch: In addition to using eco-friendly, less polluting materials such as Tencel Lyocell and organic cotton, Balzac practices recycling and reusing fabrics to create their new collections.

The green touch: The brand manufactures its collections in Portugal or Spain and uses traceable European raw materials. For their leather pieces, they use leather tanned in Europe, adhering to strict environmental standards. We also love their complete transparency about the final price.

The collab we love: Reformation x New Balance

The pitch: Launched in 2009 by former model Yael Aflalo, Reformation offers highly attractive eco-friendly fashion, favored by the most stylish fashionistas. So, when the brand decided to step into the sneaker world, it chose to collaborate with New Balance, to combine their strengths and push the boundaries of innovation.

The green touch: The result? The five pairs from this collaboration are made from environmentally materials: recycled polyester for the linings, chrome-free tanned suede, and inserts made of EVA foam and BLOOM algae.
