Without a doubt, this great anniversary evening, scheduled from 6.30pm to midnight, promises to be the must-attend event of the end of the year for all lovers of Italian gastronomy. With a €49.90 formula including a drink and unlimited access to the dishes on offer, this evening blends refinement, creativity and tradition.

In the spotlight: ten renowned Italian and Franco-Italian chefs, led by Toni Muzi, Executive Chef of Eataly Paris. Each chef will offer a tasting of his or her signature dish. Among them :

• Luana and Alessandro Belmondo, true ambassadors of Italian cuisine in France.
• Carla Ferrari, former Top Chef contestant and expert in sustainable Mediterranean cuisine.
• Simona Pasticceria, founder of the first traditional Italian patisserie in Paris, renowned for her artisanal creations such as Maritozzo con la panna and Baiocco.
