Le Toit: the celestial address of the Parisian summer
It’s impossible to talk about Parisian rooftops without mentioning Le Toit, perched atop the mythical Tour d’Argent. Just a stone’s throw from Notre-Dame de Paris, this discreet terrace offers a sensory escape in the heart of the 5th arrondissement. Just thirty seats, a hanging garden of aromatic plants and a view that defies the horizon: the quintessence of Parisian luxury, in an intimate, contemplative version.
An inspired and inspiring cocktail menu
As the sun sets, the light gilds the stones and glasses. The cocktail menu, devised by the Maison’s mixologists, becomes an invitation to travel: the Sunset Negroni revisits Italy with a tomato-sauce liqueur. The Happy Normandie sublimates Calvados in a fresh, spicy score. The more daring Mango Mac combines Macallan 12 ans, mango and Thai basil. And the Raspberry in Paris, a sparkling nod to our house Champagne Grand Cru, hits the bull’s-eye.
For teetotalers, mocktails rival each other in finesse: Along the Seine, between kaffir and Sencha, or Lassi in the Sky, creamy and fruity, are alternatives as elegant as they are surprising.
A suspended table… and festive Thursdays
A few steps up, a unique table, hidden above the rooftop, awaits you for an exceptional moment. In a timeless setting, Yannick Franques ‘ cuisine literally skims the clouds. A suspended lunch or dinner, to be booked well in advance.
DJ Jessy will be taking to the decks every Thursday evening, bringing a vibrant, chic electro sunset to the Paris skyline.
