BABËL: CELEBRATION electrifies Ibiza this summer – from mystical disco to nocturnal renaissance

What if the night were magical again? That’s the audacious challenge of BABËL: CELEBRATION, a new night-time experience imagined by Waël Mechri-Yver, founder of the famous Gospël club in New York. From June 5, 2025, this electrifying creation takes over the Teatro Pereyra, Ibiza’s historic jewel, for thirteen weeks of immersive festivities, every Thursday until August 29.
Between Studio 54 and Burning Man
Halfway between the Studio 54 of New York’s golden age and the sensory freedom of Burning Man, BABËL isn’t just a clubbing party: it’s an artistic manifesto. No announced line-up, no staged VIPs, and one golden rule: no phones on the dancefloor. Here, everything is designed to give back to the night its ritual, liberating, almost sacred force.
Each session brings together DJ sets, live musicians, visual performances, dancers and artists of all kinds in a theatrical setting where the audience becomes an integral part of the show.
A living gallery under the stars
At the heart of this festive odyssey is The Living Gallery, a dreamlike space imagined by Dani Morla (YO-Y) and DOSE Creative Studio. An exhibition space inhabited by 50 selected visual artists, this gallery fuses plastic arts, bodies in motion and living scenography to create a parallel universe.
The return of the sacred to the runway
With BABËL, Waël Mechri-Yver continues his mission to reenchant the night, far from the sterile clichés of the clubbing industry. After New York, Paris, Miami and Art Basel, the collective has set up shop in Ibiza, ready to write a new chapter. And it promises to be an incandescent one.
