Fouquet’s Paris unveils its secret terraces
What if the Parisian summer were written between cocktails, foliage and rooftop sunsets? This summer 2025, Fouquet’s Paris unveils three terraces for a season of timeless chic.
Brasserie Fouquet’s: an open-air version of an institution
A symbol of French elegance, the Fouquet’s brasserie reinvents itself with two spectacular terraces.
- The Champs-Élysées terrace, perched on the most beautiful avenue in the world, offers a breathtaking view of the Parisian ballet.
- The more discreet George V terrace offers a hushed atmosphere just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle.
On the menu, the spirit is greedy and sunny: artichokes poivrade, vitello tonnato, turbot fillet or Caesar salad. Cocktails are served to the rhythm of the evenings on the Right Bank. An address to see and be seen.
The Joy restaurant: hushed luxury and plant-based gastronomy
Nestled behind the walls of 46 avenue George V, Joy is a secret oasis. The serenity of its leafy terrace, set away from the city, is enhanced by Pierre Gagnaire‘s refined menu. Lobster salad, langoustine ravioli, linguine with shellfish… everything is designed for a subtle sensory experience.
From business lunches to poetic aperitifs under the foliage, Joy is a rare interlude in Paris.
Le Marta: enchanted rooftop and electrifying DJ sets
Finally, summer nights take on a new dimension with Le Marta, Jardin Suspendu, redesigned by Cordelia de Castellane. Located on the rooftops of Fouquet’s, this ephemeral rooftop fuses dreamlike design with a festive atmosphere.
In collaboration with Entourage Paris, the evenings come alive from 5.30pm with creative cocktails, amuse-bouches and immersive DJ sets. An invitation to dance, toast and dream with eyes wide open.
