Palazzo Infuso: a collection of iced teas that take the senses on a journey

Infusing summer with poetry, elegance and imagination: that’s the promise of the new Palazzo Infuso collection. The Conservatoire des Hémisphères has created a series of bewitching iced teas, blending botanical expertise, rococo aesthetics and Mediterranean evocations. A refined tribute to the French art of living… with an Italian accent.

A collection conceived as a landscape

Each infusion is inspired by a place, a moment, a summer memory. More than a drink, each iced tea becomes a gustatory tableau. On the menu: citrus fruits, flowers, summer fruits and aromatic herbs, cold-brewed to reveal all their nuances. The Conservatoire plays the card of refinement and sensory emotion, with a highly visual touch.

The recipes are designed for easy preparation at home: 3 tablespoons of infusion in 1 liter of water, an hour’s rest, a few flowery ice cubes… and you’re ready to go.

Signature creations to infuse

Long-day citrus

An invigorating blend of lemon, mint and fresh daisies: perfect for a break in the shade of a garden.

Bonaventure

A sensual composition of white peach and basil, enhanced by rosebud ice cubes.

On the seafront

A black tea with notes of orange, apple and clove, evoking the sun-drenched cliffs of Amalfi.

Italian Riviera

An orange-vanilla infusion designed for the end of the day, like an evening stroll along the quays of Portofino.

Borromean Islands

A hot or cold creation, with candied peaches and hibiscus, that evokes the first days of vacations on Italian lakes.

Bergamot of the Two Sicilies

A luminous green tea with bergamot, inspired by the gentle Sicilian islands, like a fragrant breeze on the skin.

An infused art of living

More than a gourmet gesture, Palazzo Infuso celebrates the moment. Each infusion becomes an opportunity to slow down, share and savor. The ultra-clean packaging evokes cabinets of curiosities and travel journals. And the tasting advice encourages you to transform each decanter into an ephemeral objet d’art.

Summer’s icy elegance

With Palazzo Infuso, the Conservatoire des Hémisphères has created one of the most poetic collections of summer 2025. Between Italy, botany and visual sensuality, each recipe invites us to rethink the ritual of tea as a celebration of the season.
