Food & Wine Festival: The “Bande du Crillon” reform for a dinner at the Drugstore Publicis

For the first edition of the Food & Wine Festival at Drugstore Publicis, a rare and eagerly-awaited moment will bring together lovers of French gastronomy. This Thursday, October 16, three-starred chef Éric Frechon, patron of this first edition, invites the legendary Bande du Crillon to join him for an exceptional gala dinner. Around him, three emblematic figures of haute cuisine: Yves Camdeborde, Christian Constant and Christophe Felder. A reunion under the banner of friendship, transmission and shared memories between legendary chefs.

The Food & Wine Festival : A celebration of French culinary art

Throughout the festival, from October 11 to 19, Restaurant Le Drugstore will be buzzing with tastings, masterclasses and culinary encounters. Two of Éric Frechon’s signature dishes will be making a comeback: macaroni stuffed with black truffle, artichoke and foie gras au gratin, and almond-crusted whiting, accompanied by creations revisited by young talents from Top Chef. A vibrant tribute to the passing down of generations and the modernity of a gastronomy that’s always on the move.

Two screenings to celebrate French gastronomy

The Festival will also take to the big screen with two emblematic screenings, each followed by a discussion on the theme of gastronomy and transmission.
Christian Vincent’s “Les Saveurs du Palais”(2012) takes viewers behind the scenes of French haute cuisine, through the inspiring story of Danièle Delpeuch, President François Mitterrand’s private chef.
Cédric Klapisch’s “Ce qui nous lie” (2017) celebrates family ties and a passion for wine in the heart of a Burgundy vineyard, a true ode to the land, transmission and shared emotions.
