The Grand Palais des Glaces: the world’s largest ice rink is back!
Every winter, the Grand Palais is transformed into an extraordinary ice palace! The Grand Palais des Glaces returns from December 14, 2025 to January 7, 2026, under the monument’s majestic glass roof. This ephemeral ice rink is one of the most emblematic in Paris, combining heritage, winter magic and unforgettable moments of sharing. As the festive season approaches, skaters of all ages can enjoy the enchanting decor and warm atmosphere, even when it’s cold on the ice.
The enchantment of the Grand Palais des Glaces
The Grand Palais des Glaces is much more than just an ice rink. Installed beneath the glass nave of the Grand Palais, the ice rink covers 3,000 m². It’s a magical place to skate by day, when natural light illuminates the ice and highlights the architectural lines, and by night, when light shows and DJ sets transform the rink into a frosty dancefloor.
A secure area is reserved for children, making the ice palace accessible to families and beginners alike. Around the skating rink, food stands offer a range of delicacies, including crêpes, waffles, hot chocolates and tartiflettes. The public can thus alternate between moments of sliding and warm breaks, in an atmosphere that is both elegant and convivial. The Grand Palais, a recently renovated historic monument, offers an exceptional setting for this ephemeral installation.
KUJTEN x Grand Palais des Glaces, the elegant collaboration

This year, cashmere brand KUJTEN invites itself to the Grand Palais des Glaces for a refined and immersive collaboration. Around the ice rink, the Terrasses KUJTEN create a space for relaxation and dining, decorated with an exclusive print inspired by the Hachi motif and the architectural lines of the Ice Palace. The atmosphere is warm and graphic.
At Café KUJTEN, visitors can enjoy coffees, matchas, hot chocolates and lattes between two turns of the skate. This sensory interlude embodies the Parisian spirit of KUJTEN: elegance, conviviality and comfort. At the same time, KUJTEN is offering an exclusive capsule: the famous Hachi bandanas, reimagined for the event. These cashmere bandanas feature motifs that dialogue with the structure of the Grand Palais des Glaces. Their limited edition is available at Café KUJTEN, symbolizing the alliance between fashion, heritage and softness.
In brief…
The Grand Palais des Glaces is much more than just an ice rink: it’s a moment of magic under the glass roof of a historic monument, where heritage and winter dreams meet. Thanks to the collaboration of KUJTEN, the event is even more refined and original. An invitation to experience winter differently, in a universe combining glide, softness and style. On your skates!
