A high-altitude refuge in the heart of the 16th arrondissement

At a time when temperatures are plummeting, Eylau Paris is taking the opposite tack to the winter doldrums. From November to March 2026, this confidential rooftop in the 16th arrondissement will be transformed into a heated winter bubble, bathed in light and dressed in soft plaids, Mediterranean scents and warm ambiences.
Entitled “Soleil d’Hiver”, this immersive experience makes the most of well-chosen partnerships: Panier des Sens perfumes the premises with intoxicating Provençal notes, while Grey Goose has created a menu of winter cocktails, as elegant as they are comforting.
Enjoy a toast facing the Iron Lady, between bites of sweet potato tartiflette, duck parmentier or a melting Mont d’Or burger. Panoramic dining (6-10.30pm) becomes a veritable ritual: intimate, gourmet, comforting. A bubble suspended above Paris.
