A high-altitude refuge in the heart of the 16th arrondissement

At a time when temperatures are still chilly, Eylau Paris is taking the opposite tack from the winter doldrums. From November until the end of March 2026, this confidential rooftop in the 16th arrondissement is transformed into a heated winter bubble, bathed in light and dressed in soft plaids, Mediterranean scents and warm ambiences.
Entitled “Soleil d’Hiver”, this immersive experience makes the most of well-chosen partnerships: Panier des Sens perfumes the premises with intoxicating Provencal notes, while Grey Goose signs a cocktail menu as elegant as it is comforting.


Opposite the Iron Lady, we toast, savor the Club Eylau Paris, the trio of tartars, the Caesar salad or the Chef’s dishes. The panoramic dinner (6-10.30pm) becomes a veritable ritual: intimate, gourmet, comforting. A bubble suspended above Paris.

Every day, from 4.30pm to 11pm, the rooftop comes alive with afterworks, student parties, olfactory activations with Panier des Sens… The atmosphere changes according to the time of day, mixing relaxation and effervescence, without ever breaking the magic of the place.
