For Epiphany, Bacha Coffee celebrates tradition with an acute sense of detail and gourmandise. The House unveils its Galette des Rois, available untilJanuary 24, 2026, in the heart of its Paris flagship. A creation that perfectly reflects the brand’s DNA: elegance, generosity and excellence in raw materials.

Two galettes, two gourmet interpretations

Available in two interpretations, the Bacha Coffee galette seduces with its resolutely gastronomic approach. The signature version reveals a silky almond cream, delicately infused with intense Black Pearl coffee, enveloped in an airy, crisp golden puff pastry, which comes apart in melting flakes. A galette with character, depth and aroma, priced at €14 a slice or €55 for a whole galette.
The more classic Galette des Rois aux Amandes celebrates the comforting sweetness of a perfectly balanced frangipane, sublimated by roasted almonds and a buttery puff pastry of great finesse. Available at €14 per slice or €48 for a whole galette.

A refined experience down to the smallest detail

Presented in an elegant box, complete with crown and bean, the galettes are available for pre-order. They can be enjoyed to take away or directly at the Salon de Café, to prolong the experience in a refined, hushed setting.
