Cote des Roses brings sparkle to the Parisian summer

This summer, Cote des Roses is reaching new heights with Esprit de Cote des Roses, a new rosé sparkling wine to enjoy on the Eylau Paris rooftop, overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Grenache Noir, Esprit de Cote des Roses boasts a pale pink hue, fine effervescence, and a fresh, slightly sweet profile. A cuvée designed for sunny days, perfect for both casual aperitifs and more refined occasions. All summer long, it will be available on the Eylau Paris rooftop at the Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower. On the agenda: views of the Eiffel Tower, open-flame cooking, sunsets, and a summery atmosphere. The house is also partnering with Tableaux Paris for a gourmet limited edition: a platter inspired by the South, featuring seasonal fruits, aged cheeses, hazelnut hummus, garrigue herbs, and edible flowers.
