With the arrival of summer, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace unveils ORA, its new summer pop-up imagined with ST-GERMAIN. A sunny, floral and light interlude between cocktails, Mediterranean cuisine and the art of outdoor living.

A beautiful open-air experience, ORA invites you to enjoy a sunny, relaxed moment. As night falls, the hotel’s gardens become the backdrop for elegant evenings, with live music on Fridays and Saturdays, pétanque, Mölkky and drinks.

For this collaboration, the bar team has teamed up with ST-GERMAIN, the French elderflower liqueur. Two signature cocktails are on offer: a Spritz and a Mule, revisited in fresh, light and fragrant versions. A menu designed to complement the golden evening light, in a contemporary French Riviera spirit.

On the culinary front, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace is betting on a summer proposal to share. The restaurant team and pastry chef Eddie Benghanem have come up with a menu inspired by the Mediterranean: crispy shrimps with saffron aioli, hummus with grilled vegetables and feta, generous focaccias, ice creams and sweet pastries.

With ORA, the Versailles palace has created a refined yet accessible summer address. The perfect pop-up for an elegant getaway at the gateway to Paris, where nature, floral cocktails and the Mediterranean art of living come together.
