Rouge Suffren is hosting a rib-eye steak and Côte-Rôtie evening

Rouge Suffren will soon bring together two great French terroirs for a limited-edition dinner. The evening will feature an Aubrac rib of beef, wines from Côte-Rôtie, a four-course menu, and live music.

Titled “Côte de Bœuf & Côte-Rôtie,” this dinner will feature a unique four-course menu. Chef Jeremy Apchain will showcase a côte de bœuf sourced from a family farm in Aubrac. The cut will be served family-style and paired with a tasting of Côte-Rôtie wines. Produced in the northern Rhône Valley, this appellation is particularly known for its full-bodied, spicy wines dominated by Syrah.

The evening will feature live music throughout dinner. Reservations are required, and seating is limited. Dinner will begin with a medley of heirloom tomatoes, a thyme crumble, and a tomato-basil sorbet. The appetizer will be paired with a 2024 Condrieu from Pierre Gaillard. A selection of farm-fresh cheeses from Auvergne will then precede a dessert featuring chocolate, figs, and rosemary, served with a glass of rosé champagne. What more could you ask for?
