Taste of Paris 2026: the Grand Palais celebrates 10 years of exceptional gastronomy

From May 21 to 24, 2026, the Grand Palais becomes the epicenter of the Paris culinary scene for four days. For its 10th edition, Taste of Paris is pulling out all the stops. Haute gastronomy, meetings, tastings and new experiences.

The Grand Palais transformed into an ephemeral restaurant

Under the majestic nave of the Grand Palais, chefs take over the premises to create an immense ephemeral restaurant. Visitors move between pop-up restaurants, culinary workshops and tasting areas.

The event is a veritable taste laboratory, where you can meet star chefs, emerging talents on the culinary scene and passionate artisans. Over four days, some 30,000 visitors come to discover the food trends of today and tomorrow.

An exceptional line-up of chefs

For this anniversary edition, Taste of Paris brings together an impressive cast of French and international gastronomic luminaries. Notable names such as Stéphanie Le Quellec (we saw her last year), Thierry Marx, Mauro Colagreco and Pierre Marcolini share the stage with a new generation of daring chefs.

The festival offers a unique opportunity to see these chefs cook live, taste their signature dishes and chat with them in an accessible and friendly setting.

Beyond the tastings, Taste of Paris offers a true sensory experience:
