Paola Locatelli graces Nicolas Di Felice’s latest Courrèges show in denim and black wig
Paola Locatelli spoke to Marie Claire on the morning of March 4, 2026, just hours before attending Nicolas Di Felice ‘s final show for Courrèges. Portrait of a content creator with a frantic tempo, between fashion week backstage and assertive style choices.
Paola Locatelli, a morning in motion before the Carreau du Temple
It’s 8:30 in the morning when the Marie Claire team rings her doorbell. Paola Locatelli has just returned from a trip and is preparing to leave almost immediately. In her Versace bathrobe, she lets her hair and make-up be done by a team of professionals with whom she is used to working. Odile and Deb, who are exceptional,” she says.
That morning, the content creator – who is also an actress – juggled preparations for the shoot with events at the fashion week fall-winter 2026-2027 she has planned. The pace is fast, almost without pause. And it was precisely this tempo that the day’s collection was to showcase.
So it’s no coincidence that Paola Locatelli’s day in many ways resembles the thread running through the Courrèges show: a Parisienne in constant motion, punctuated by an uninterrupted race.
“When I go to a fashion show, I’m lucky enough to wear the clothes of the brand that’s inviting me. Most of the time, they’re not outfits I wear every day. Anyway, I have to return them right afterwards! But in this case, it’s completely my style, and I could totally wear these clothes in real life,” she exclaims.
A look designed for Nicolas Di Felice’s ultimate gesture
To mark the occasion, Paola Locatelli opted for a black wig adorned with bangs, shortened at the last minute by the hair stylist. The outfit completes the picture: a triangular top in raw denim paired with the coordinating miniskirt, both by Courrèges.
It’s a rare approach. Wearing a fashion house’s creations on the day of the show, and fully assuming the style proposed, is part of a sartorial coherence that Paola Locatelli asserts with a straight face. In this case, the outfit was not an exercise in imposed style – it corresponded to her real tastes.

Courrèges and Nicolas Di Felice: a modernized house, a beautiful farewell
The collection presented on March 4, 2026 at the Carreau du Temple was entitled 24 heures dans la vie d’une femme Courrèges, in reference to Stefan Zweig’s famous novel. At the time, no one in the room was aware of its symbolic significance: it was Nicolas Di Felice’s last show for the Parisian label.
Paola Locatelli describes Courrèges as a mythical French house of the 60s with a very futuristic inspiration. She salutes the work accomplished by Nicolas Di Felice, who has, in her words, “really modernized the brand with his minimalist, sensual creations” in six years. The result of the show, in her eyes, leaves no ambiguity: “Everything was too beautiful. Frankly, 10 out of 10.”
In fact, the collection told the story of a Parisian woman’s wanderings through the day, punctuated by the ticking of an alarm clock. A tale of movement and sensuality that echoed, almost word for word, the morning experienced by the content creator a few hours earlier.
What Paola Locatelli’s style says about her relationship with fashion
Wearing show clothes doesn’t always mean recognizing yourself in them. Paola Locatelli is clear on this point: outfits worn to shows are generally to be returned after the event, and don’t necessarily reflect her everyday wardrobe. In this case, however, we were in complete agreement.
Consequently, the Courrèges look on March 4, 2026 was not a performance, but a natural extension of her style. Raw denim, minimalist silhouette, sharp fringe: codes that the designer could have worn, by her own admission, in real life.
Paola Locatelli also has a number of projects on the go: content creator, actress, and now podcaster with the launch of her program À vif. On the morning of March 4, between an unpacked suitcase and a make-up session, she was already, unknowingly, the Courrèges woman of the season.
