This year, Mother’s Day is celebrated with delicate sweet creations, thought up as genuine attentions. With seasonal strawberries, precious vanilla and masterful pastry-making techniques, here are five desserts to offer for a sweet moment.

There are gifts that can be savored and leave an immediate impression. For Mother’s Day, a number of Parisian houses are vying with each other to come up with creations that are both sensitive and gourmet. From elegant entremets to revisited fraisiers, these desserts each tell a story, between seasonality and savoir-faire.

The green heart of the Drugstore

Imagined by pastry chef Léna Thiam, this creation plays on the balance between freshness and indulgence. The Joconde cookie, delicately imprinted with a heart, envelops a basil ganache with subtle herbal notes. Inside, an intense strawberry confit meets fresh strawberries for a dessert of contrasts.

Boulanger de la Tour’s fruity entremet

Here, the delicacy takes a more rustic turn, without losing any of its elegance. Breton shortbread provides a crunchy base, topped with an airy raspberry mousse. The rhubarb-raspberry insert awakens the ensemble, while the fresh fruit adds relief and freshness.

2 Rue du Cardinal Lemoine, 75005 Paris

Floral elegance from l’École Ducasse

More technical, this entremets plays on delicate harmonies. The violet vanilla mousse dialogues with a creamy cheesecake, while the Joconde cookie and blackcurrant compote structure the whole. A precise, almost couture dessert that will appeal to palates in search of subtlety.

Entremets 6 personnes – 37 €
on sale at the École Ducasse Paris Campus boutique

Inari, the sensitive signature of Claire Heitzler & Producteurs

With Inari, Claire Heitzler has created a dessert that is both regressive and refined. Crispy puffed rice meets a soft almond and strawberry cookie. This is complemented by a light Tahitian vanilla mousse and creamy rice pudding, enhanced by strawberry marmalade and fresh wild strawberries.

Available from May 20
Individual – €8 / 6 people – €46

Angelina’s iconic Fraisier

It’s hard to resist this revisited version of the fraisier. Beneath its brilliant red icing, the dessert reveals fresh strawberries, vanilla ganache and a delicate hazelnut cookie. A hint of white chocolate softens the whole, for a creation that’s both generous and elegant.

Available from May 1st to 31st
From €8.20 / €52 for 6 people

A precious interlude at Ladurée

For those who prefer to live the experience in situ, Ladurée has created a tea time in collaboration with the Mellerio house. Inspired by Marie-Antoinette, this moment combines pastries, macaroons and champagne in a setting steeped in history.

May 30, 2026 – 4:00 to 6:30 pm
€49 per person

To offer a dessert on Mother’s Day is to offer a moment. A sweet, delicate pause, where each bite prolongs the attention. And sometimes, that’s all you need!
