Disneyland Paris unveils Disney Adventure World and a life-size Kingdom of Arendelle awaits families
At the gateway to Paris, the Marne-la-Vallée resort is undergoing a major transformation in 2026. Disneyland Paris is expanding, reinventing itself and now offering two complementary parks for young and old, with completely new shows, attractions and themed areas.
Disneyland Park: five worlds, some 50 attractions
Disneyland Park offers five distinct themed worlds. Main Street U.S.A. opens the way to other worlds, reproducing a 20th-century American street lined with stores and restaurants.
Fantasyland brings together classic fairy tales, from Peter Pan to Snow White. These include Sleeping Beauty‘s Castle, Peter Pan’s Flight, It’s a Small World and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Frontierland, meanwhile, evokes the conquest of the West with Big Thunder Mountain and Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing.
Adventureland transports visitors between the Orient, the Savannah and the Caribbean, with Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril and Robinson’s Cabin. Discoveryland, meanwhile, pays tribute to the visions of Jules Verne and Leonardo da Vinci, with Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast and Autopia.
Shows all year round
The park’s programming is particularly rich. Disney Tales of Magic, the night-time show, combines lasers, fireworks and illuminations on Sleeping Beauty’s castle and Main Street facades. Characters from Cinderella to Lilo and Stitch come to life before the eyes of spectators.
In addition, A Million Splashes of Colour comes to life every day from February 7, 2026. This show brings together Disney and Pixar characters at the foot of the castle, with colorful floats and dynamic choreography. So even a weekday visit offers a full festive program.
“Sleeping Beauty’s Castle and the facades of Main Street will be transformed into a living tableau, bringing to life a never-before-seen immersive experience.”
Disney Adventure World: the new park opens on March 29, 2026
Inaugurated under its new identity on March 29, 2026, Disney Adventure World has almost doubled in size. The park now features more than a dozen attractions, recreated settings, special effects and animation secrets.
The Avengers Campus area is integrated into the park. It features Marvel missions and the public’s favourite superheroes. Classic attractions also remain on the program: Cars Four Wheel Rally, Crush’s Coaster, Ratatouille l’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Remy, the Flying Carpets and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
The big news is the World of Frozen, opening on March 29, 2026. Visitors cross the life-size Kingdom of Arendelle and board the Frozen Ever After attraction to meet Anna and Elsa. This is the highlight of the park’s reinvention.
- Snow Queen World opens at Disney Adventure World on March 29, 2026
- Adventure Bay, a three-hectare lake, hosts the Disney Cascade of Lights night show
- 14 new food and beverage outlets have been added, including a themed restaurant and the first bar
- Future plans include a new Rapunzel-inspired attraction
- An immersive world based on The Lion King and an attraction inspired by Là-haut have also been announced.
The immersive musical show La Fabrique des Rêves de Minnie will be available from February 7, 2026. It features Minnie and her friends on a fantasy adventure. On the other hand, tickets for both parks start at around 75 euros per adult during the standard season.
In terms of prices, an adult ticket for a single park starts at around 50 euros during the green season. Children aged 3 to 11 enter the park from 47 euros. Children under 3 enter free of charge.
On-site accommodation and restaurants
The resort offers several themed hotels, from the 5-star Disneyland Hotel at the entrance to Disneyland Park, to family-friendly establishments like the Disney Hotel Cheyenne or the Disney Hotel Santa Fe. Residents benefit from Extra Magic Time, access to the parks before official opening time.
More than 60 restaurants are available at the destination, to suit all budgets. At the Disneyland Hotel, La Table de Lumière offers a setting inspired by the Galerie des Glaces with Disney Princesses. Meal packages, bookable at the same time as your stay, offer savings of up to 15% on meals.
How to get to the Marne-la-Vallée resort
From Paris, the RER A towards Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy is the simplest and least expensive solution. The journey takes around 40 minutes from the center of the capital. A few minutes’ walk from the station is enough to reach the park entrances.
From Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports, the Magical Shuttle provides daily transfers. In addition, the Disneyland Paris Express shuttle offers a round-trip service throughout the day from Gare du Nord, Opéra, Châtelet and the Eiffel Tower.
By car, take the A4 freeway or the Francilienne and follow the signs for exit 14 “Parcs Disney” and “Bailly-Romainvilliers”. Pay parking is available on site. TGV and Eurostar trains also serve Marne-la-Vallée station, with direct links to the parks.
The resort’s official app centralizes interactive maps, real-time wait times, show schedules and restaurant reservations. It also enables mobile check-in at Disney hotels and ticket storage on smartphones. In this way, you can prepare for your stay and visit the resort from a single source.
