To celebrate her grand return to the Parisian stage, Céline Dion couldn’t have chosen a more delicious collaboration. The singer has teamed up with Pierre Hermé Paris on an exclusive collection of macarons, designed to be a true symphony of flavors and memories.

When Céline Dion Picks Her Eight Favorite Macarons

Céline Dion’s return to Paris is now being celebrated with a sweet touch as well. To mark her exceptional series of performances in the fall of 2026, Maison Pierre Hermé Paris is unveiling a limited-edition collection of macaron boxes designed around a theme that naturally brings these two worlds together: emotion.

And this time, Céline Dion is not just the face of the collection. She personally selected eight flavor combinations from the brand’s creations that are particularly dear to her, guided by her tastes, the emotions they evoke, and the memories they bring to mind.

On the menu for this indulgent selection: the iconic Ispahan, combining rose, lychee, and raspberry;the Infiniment Caramel with salted butter caramel;the Infiniment Framboise, the intense Infiniment Fruit de la Passion, as well asthe Infiniment Chaï Latte, the Jardin Merveilleux, the Aurélia with caramel and passion fruit, andthe Infiniment Praliné Pistache.

Each fragrance tells a little story. For Céline Dion, caramel evokes childhood memories; raspberry brings to mind summers and picking fruit; while chai latte conjures up images of peaceful mornings. As for Ispahan, it holds a very special meaning: for the singer, this blend of rose, lychee, and raspberry evokes Paris, “an elegant, romantic, almost surreal city.”

A fusion of haute patisserie and music

Behind this collection lies, above all, a shared creative vision. Pierre Hermé Paris and Céline Dion share this ability to stir emotions and evoke memories, each in their own field.

The House thus presents this collaboration as a meeting of two creative worlds where taste becomes a language, much like a melody that tells a story.

Available for a sneak peek starting September 3, 2026, at a dedicated pop-up at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, and then beginning September 11 in Pierre Hermé Paris boutiques, the collection will mark Céline Dion’s return to the Parisian stage.

The gift sets will be available in a 4-macaron set for €25 or an 8-macaron set for €38.

A collaboration that’s sure to delight both Céline Dion fans and lovers of fine French pastries!
