Paul Smith x Oasis: a capsule collection of British rock and elegance in Paris

Paul Smith unveils an exclusive collection paying tribute to 90s icon Oasis. A fusion of music and fashion not to be missed.

A nod to the 90s, Manchester and the golden age of Britpop. Paul Smith has signed a limited-edition capsule collection to mark Oasis’ return to the stage. After an absence of over fifteen years, the legendary band is touring to rekindle the flame of an entire generation. For the occasion, the British designer blends his timeless style with the visual and sonic heritage of a band that has become cult.

This collaboration is not an opportunistic move, but the continuation of a long-standing relationship. In 1994, Noel Gallagher wore a Paul Smith suit on the cover of Definitely Maybe, the band’s debut album. This iconic piece was even exhibited in Los Angeles in 2024 in the exhibition A Frame Around a Picture: Dressing the Greats. Proof that the encounter between music and British fashion is firmly rooted in history.

Clothing infused with Oasis DNA

The collection includes graphic t-shirts, shirts, jackets, caps and bags. It features cult Oasis lyrics, evocative visuals and direct references to the band’s universe. The band’s famous logo is revisited with Signature Stripe in 40 Paul Smith colors, offering a vintage yet contemporary look.

The ensemble exudes nostalgia, without falling into caricature. The band’s rebellious attitude meets the designer’s sartorial savoir-faire. A subtle alliance that will appeal to British rock fans and fashionistas alike.
