With over 140 exhibitors announced for 2025 (up from 80 in 2024), the Salon du BON is becoming a benchmark event for amateurs and professionals alike. Five universes are featured: food, beverages, crafts, equipment and tableware. Each stand is selected for its quality, impact and ethics. This editorial choice makes BON a unique venue in Paris.
A rich program in the heart of the Parc de la Villette
The choice of the Grande Halle de la Villette was not an insignificant one. This emblematic Parisian venue, lively and accessible, embodies the spirit of the show:
Renowned chefs such as Gregory Cohen, Julia Sefedjian, Paolo Minelli, Anthony Courteille and Christophe Chiavola will share their techniques, their vision of taste and their commitment. The public will also have the opportunity to attend round-table discussions with experts from the food world, to reflect together on what it means to “eat well” today.
A day dedicated to professionals and easy access
Monday October 20 will be reserved exclusively for professionals: restaurateurs, distributors and buyers. This format encourages business exchanges and the discovery of new partners in an ideal setting.
Located in the 19th arrondissement, the site has excellent transport links (metro, streetcar, bike, bus). So access is easy for Parisians and visitors from all over France.
For curious visitors and gourmets passing through Paris, this show is a great opportunity to discover craftsmen, producers and chefs who share the same high standards of taste and tradition.
