Brasserie Dubillot: the new headquarters for meat lovers

After the immense success of Brasserie Bellanger, entrepreneurs Victor & Charly have decided to do it again. This time it is on the side of rue Saint-Denis that they have taken up residence!

For the little sister of Brasserie Bellanger, the recipe for success remains the same. A super insta-friendly decor and a menu with small onions, which risks making vegans cringe…

We like: the starter – very flashy – adorned with neon lights and large flowers, in the same vein as Libertino (Big Mamma Group). The two huge rooms on the ground floor and upstairs revolve around bars that deal crazy cocktails! And the pleasure continues on the plates… If, as starters, we go all out with the classic pâtés en croute, country-style terrines, leeks with vinaigrette and other egg-mayo, the follow-up is also very tasty.

Here, the meats (100% French) are the stars of the dishes! In concrete terms, this gives: mashed sausage, rib of beef or veal chop grilled over charcoal, to accompany fries, mashed potatoes, vegetables or gratin dauphinois… A paradise for meat lovers.

To finish on a little sweetness, the pistachio tart or the famous Paris-Brest (a killer) will delight sweet tooths. In a warm atmosphere, Dubillot Brewery already promises to attract groups of friends for a really cool evening.
