Kalios takes up residence at the Terrasse du 1er de l’hôtel Brach: a Greek summer in Paris

Kalios moves into the Terrasse du 1er at Brach Paris, transforming the 16th arrondissement into a Mediterranean port of call. With décor inspired by the Cyclades, a Greek menu designed by chef Adam Bentalha and sun-kissed cocktails by Jérémy Bacquet, summer in Paris takes on an Aegean air.

This summer, the Terrasse du 1er at Brach Paris takes on a Greek air with Kalios. On the hotel’s second floor, the décor is inspired by the Cyclades, with touches of blue and white, floating curtains and natural materials. A Mediterranean interlude designed as a sunny getaway, without leaving Paris.

For this collaboration, Brach has teamed up with Kalios, a company founded by the Chantzios brothers from their family olive grove in the Peloponnese, which has been handed down for eight generations. Today, the brand is a fixture on the tables of many Michelin-starred chefs and palaces, bringing its Greek universe to this summer terrace.

In the kitchen, chef Adam Bentalha creates a menu inspired by the Mediterranean. Pita to dip in Kalios olive oil, mezes to share, revisited dakos, snacked octopus, Greek salad or sea bass ceviche make up a gourmet journey between simplicity and freshness. Desserts extend the experience with chocolate mousse in olive oil, pistachio crème brûlée with orange blossom and Portokalopita served with Greek yoghurt.

At the bar, cocktails imagined by Jérémy Bacquet prolong this sunny atmosphere with fresh, herbaceous creations. A selection of Greek wines completes the ensemble. Open until the end of September, Tuesday to Saturday, 4.30pm to 11pm, no reservations required.
