This summer, Saint-Tropez draws visitors as much for its beaches as for its dining scene. Between Michelin-starred tables, pop-up residencies and beachside addresses, the peninsula is refreshing its restaurant offering. Here are the 10 unmissable tables to book for summer 2026.

Beaches and terraces: the Pampelonne addresses you can’t miss

Loulou à Ramatuelle sets up on Pampelonne beach, on the Chemin des Tamaris. The décor evokes a fisherman’s cottage, with bleached wood and an unobstructed view of the sea. The menu blends French and Italian influences: antipasti, fresh pasta, fish and generous salads.

Whether you’re lingering over a sun-drenched lunch or stretching out on a sun lounger, Loulou offers a laid-back take on French Riviera elegance. The address works equally well for a family lunch or a meal with friends.

Les Palmiers, also on Pampelonne beach, brings a more festive energy. Chef William Piron has crafted a generous menu conceived as an ode to the holidays. Come afternoon, DJ sets keep the beach buzzing until sunset.

GiGi Ramatuelle and Kinugawa, two terraces in a class of their own

Perched on the heights of Ramatuelle, GiGi Ramatuelle charms with its setting among stone pines and golden light. The Italian-inspired cuisine, designed for sharing, naturally extends long days well into the evening, with the sea as a backdrop.

« Entre cuisine de chef, décor vibrant et coucher de soleil sur la Méditerranée, Le Petit Célestin s’impose comme un rooftop incontournable. »

Meanwhile, Kinugawa unveils a discreet terrace on the Route des Plages in Ramatuelle. Against a backdrop of sculpted wood and terracotta marble, the menu features yellowtail carpaccio with yuzu, sea bream ceviche with jalapeño and toro tartare with caviar. To round off the evening, Japanese-inspired cocktails such as the Yuzu Purple and the Kyuri Margarita complete the experience.

Luxury houses and starred tables in Saint-Tropez

At the heart of the resort, Dior reinvents its address with Monsieur Dior and the Café Dior, conceived by chef Mauro Colagreco. Gastronomy enters into dialogue with the house’s couture universe, in a setting that blends garden, boutique and contemporary dining room, at 3 Rue François Sibilli.

  • Loulou: Pampelonne beach, Franco-Italian Mediterranean cuisine
  • Monsieur Dior and Café Dior: table by Mauro Colagreco, 3 Rue François Sibilli
  • Louis Vuitton at Hotel White 1921: Grand Voyageur and Voyage Express tasting journeys
  • Il Giardino at Byblos: Italian cuisine by chef Nicola Canuti, poolside
  • Kinugawa: discreet terrace, yellowtail carpaccio, Japanese-inspired cocktails

Also returning this season, Louis Vuitton reopens its starred restaurant at Hotel White 1921, helmed by chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric. Two gastronomic journeys are on the menu: Grand Voyageur and Voyage Express. The décor, in shades of blue and beige with natural materials, anchors the experience firmly in the spirit of the Maison.

At the legendary Byblos, Il Giardino offers a journey to Italy beside the hotel’s iconic pool. Chef Nicola Canuti orchestrates a menu of house-made fresh pasta and sharing dishes faithful to Italian regional traditions.

Le Petit Célestin, a pop-up residency on the Kube rooftop

This summer, the Kube rooftop welcomes Le Petit Célestin, the acclaimed Parisian address, for a pop-up residency with panoramic views over the gulf. Chef Jaïs, trained at the Bristol, reimagines the menu in a Mediterranean key, with a focus on seafood.

This hybrid venue brings together hotel, spa and fine dining under one roof, just minutes from the centre. The address is 9 Rue du Petit Célestin.

Place des Lices and the gourmet addresses of Saint-Tropez

On the Place des Lices, Maison Revka makes its mark with signatures reinterpreted for the Riviera: revisited tuna, Mediterranean spiny lobster and potato with caviar. As night falls, the secret garden and its spellbinding atmosphere turn dinner into an experience all of its own.

Also on the Place des Lices, Felino transports its guests to 1960s Italy. Conceived by the Groupe Annie Famose with Charles Theret and chef Roberto Rispoli, the restaurant celebrates pasta crafted in an open kitchen. Citrus, fresh herbs and silky sauces make up a menu that stays true to Italian classics.

Finally, for a sweet pause in the streets of Saint-Tropez, Glacé par Cyril Lignac opens its first address dedicated to sorbets, ice creams and frozen desserts, at 2 rue Georges Clémenceau. The collection brings together more than twenty flavours, from timeless classics such as Madagascar vanilla and Venezuelan grand cru chocolate, to more indulgent creations like vanilla caramel cookies and chocolate vanilla brownies.

Whether you’re after a gastronomic table, a festive beach club or a refreshing pit stop, the Saint-Tropez peninsula serves up a full palette of flavours and atmospheres to satisfy every appetite this summer.
