Since its creation in 1977, the Puy du Fou has been awarded numerous times and has even been elected best park in the world. In total, no less than 60 shows which reconstruct the different eras and civilizations of History (from the Vikings to the Great War) are offered to visitors every day. Actors, dancers, stuntmen and even falconers and craftsmen are on stage or in reconstituted villages, so many grandiose and strikingly realistic settings. This year, the park unveils several novelties to dive into history!

New for 2022
For this 35th anniversary, Puy du Fou is renewing with two major events and enriching one of its legendary shows!
Revisited shows
"The Sign of Triumph" is adorned with a spectacular new staging. In a stunning finale, the Gallo-Romain Stadium becomes the scene of an incredible battle between the gigantic imperial galley and the rafts of Gallic prisoners destined for shipwreck... The shows "Le Bal des Oiseaux Fantômes" and "Les Vikings" will also count new voices and new music. These will accompany their reinvented and ever more rhythmic stagings.
The Night of the Wisps
Since Friday, September 16, 2022, the great international pyrotechnics festival of Puy du Fou (the first edition of which took place in 2007) has made a comeback! This spectacular pyrotechnic competition brings together the world elite of the discipline in front of the panoramic stand of the Cinéscénie.
Of course the other adventures and other mythical shows of the park are always present.
