In the frenzy of a shortened working week, the anticipation of the weekend begins on Thursday evening in Paris! And what better way to kick off this weekly event than to join the lively evenings at Le Meurice with “Dalí Thursdays”? Officially decreed, Thursday becomes the new Saturday!

The association between hotel and cocktail is not accidental. In fact, it is in palace bars that the art of mixology was born. So, Le Meurice revives this tradition by highlighting its emblematic cocktails as well as its know-how in the sumptuous setting of its establishment located at 228 rue de Rivoli.

Faithful to its avant-garde reputation, Le Meurice once again demonstrates its ability to renew itself and adapt to contemporary trends. So why not let yourself be tempted by this sensory experience ? Join the excitement of “Dalí Thursdays” at Meurice!

An unforgettable sensory experience

From April 18, every Thursday, the Restaurant Le Dali du Meurice is transformed. It then becomes a place where music ignites the senses and where cocktails become works of art. Under the musical direction of a DJ, Margot, the cocktail chef, revisits the greatest classics of mixology with boundless creativity.

Among the revisited essentials, the famous Cosmopolitan, icon of the 90s. Thus, this cocktail undergoes a taste metamorphosis. Margot also breathes new life into it by bringing it unexpected flavors. We thus find the bitterness of saffron, umeshu and Japanese sake, verjuice or even flower vinegar, enhanced with a spicy note of grapefruit. A sensory experience that promises to seduce the most demanding palates from the first sip.

An ode to classics revisited

The cocktail menu offers 8 creations. Each inspired by the culinary world of the chefs Amaury Bouhours et Clémentine Bouchon. These exceptional beverages are accompanied by a selection of refined dishes. Chocolates signed by the Manufacture Alain Ducasse, or even pastries imagined by the famous pastry chef Cedric Grolet, thus offering subtle and exquisite accords.

Finally, Margot offers an immersive experience preparing cocktails in front of guests. This adding a theatrical dimension to the tasting! This approach combines the rigor and elegance of the palace codes with a touch of spontaneity, creating an unforgettable experience for all cocktail lovers.
