La Maison du Whiskey: the historic Parisian boutique opens its doors to us
Located at 20 rue d'Anjou, the very first Parisian boutique La Maison du Whiskey celebrated its 50th anniversary last year with great fanfare. The Maison du Whiskey presents itself as a space of exchange for some, a real museum or even a library for others. This meeting place, as well as the passionate experts who officiate there, have become over the years a real institution. Behind its beautiful black storefront, we discover a wooded store, chic to perfection. We stroll there and discover among the display cases and the well-filled shelves, Scottish singles malts from the 60s, trade whiskeys from the 70s, bottling in brut cask in the 80s or still whiskeys from around the world classified by country: France, United States, Japan, Ireland… In total, the firm has more than 4000 references, including more than 800 exclusive products, and 650 international brands.
