Bachir is definitely one of the best ice cream parlors in Paris! Created in 1936 in the small lebanese village of Bikfaya by the brothers Edward and Maurice Bachir, the house stands out for its know-how and unique recipes. These are made with unusual ingredients such as mastic, orange blossom and rose water.
Aficionados of the Lebanese house as well as other ice cream lovers will therefore be thrilled to find their traditional 100% organic Lebanese ice creams at the Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet pop-up all summer long. An ephemeral pop-up at the Gourmet until the end of summer
After rue Rambuteau in 2017 and rue Tardieu in 2020, Bachir is moving to Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet, for two months, from July 1, 2022! Thus, during a shopping session, you can treat yourself to a gourmet break on the ground floor of the Gourmet and savor the delicious ice creams signed Bachir.

Ice creams with tasty flavors and 100% organic
Among the flavors on offer, we obviously recommend achta, the house specialty. A creation based on pistachio sap, milk flower and orange blossom, all coated with crushed pistachios. Other flagship flavors of the house are also available: rose petals, pistachio, almond, blackberry, vanilla, strawberry, apricot, lemon, intense chocolate, milk chocolate or even coffee.
The greediest can even add a hint of homemade whipped cream to their certified organic ice cream! The meeting is given on the ground floor of Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet, until August 31st. Don't miss this gourmet event!
