2024 in the Procopius reinvents itself, undergoing a transformation orchestrated by the Parisian interior architecture studio Friedmann & Versace. The latter gives rise to a new Café-Glacier lounge, in perfect harmony with the aesthetics of the place and its grandiose past. It is good to remember that the Procope, before being a brewery, was the first café in the 17th century to serve this beverage, just imported from the Ottoman Empire!
A “gourmet break” is offered to you, a formula including a dessert of your choice accompanied by a hot drink of your choice from the famous coffee, tea or divine hot chocolate. On the menu, a major surprise awaits you: a gourmet creation by Christelle Brua, voted best pastry chef in the world in 2018, who imagined a sumptuous creamy Chocolate-Coffee Tart for Procope. Crepes flambéed with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge of the house are delicious.
