Mondaine
Instead of the formerRoxie, now sits Mondaine, still led by the group Paris Society. After a high-flying facelift, Mondaine is revealed in a neo-cabaret spirit : all-over carpet, leopard print, myriad of mirrors and sulphurous canopy beds are spread over the two floors, between the bar, the alcoves, the library and the smoking room. Spaces where you can roam freely, leaving the field of possibilities open to all encounters!
On the plates, we enjoy a fresh and light cuisine, to better slum all night. Green beans & button mushrooms, avocado, lemon olive oil or even Scallop Carpaccio et caviar are among the key entries. In terms of dishes, we will have the choice between sublime truffle linguine, pasta au gratin with lobster, delicious chicken with morels or even the incredible sole meunière accompanied by new potatoes, to share. Yakuza
After Yakuza Porto and Lisbon, Olivier DaCosta packs his bags in Paris. It's at the hotel House Albar Vendome that the chief has taken up residence.
