Revealed a few days before Christmas, the ephemeral bar Celestial extends his stay. It is installed on the rooftop du prestigious Parisian hotel until the first days of spring.

Le Céleste, a bar closer to the stars

Heavenly, like a luminous halo encircling the new experience offered by the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel. On the 10th floor of the prestigious building of the Samaritan, on the banks of the Seine. Open at nightfall, this ephemeral bar, topped with a glass dome, focuses on exclusivity, offering only around thirty seats. A approach confidential marries a equally unique card. Evolving according to “rare spirits selected by the Maison’s bar team”, according to the establishment’s details.

An exceptional menu in an idyllic setting

The menu also offers a handful of savory offerings, revisiting high-end snacking. A sacristan of millet and quinoa accompanied by smoked eggplant caviar, a mini vegetable bun, a spoonful of oscietra caviar, and a truffle supreme alongside appetizers specially designed by the star chef and sushi master Takuya Watanabe.

Here, the temakis, presented in duos, come in lobster-mango, trout, or toro (tuna) recipes, while the gunkans are adorned with caviar, hazelnuts, marinated vegetables, shiso, and trout roe in their toro ikura version.

In addition to the Céleste pop-up bar, Cheval Blanc Paris offers Le Plénitude, a three-star restaurant run by chef Arnaud Donckele and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric. Everything is completed by the brasserie Le Tout-Paris as well as the Italian restaurant Langosteria, which constitutes the first establishment of this brand outside of Italy.
