Brach

In the heart of the 16th arrondissement, the new hotel signed Starck has been buzzing since it opened a few months earlier. But the new object of all desires at Brach is undoubtedly its new terrace of 400 m², nestled on the 1st floor of the 5 star hotel. Once settled in, we choose from the small Asian plates to share: dim sums, spring rolls and other poke bowls… There is a sweet smell of vacation. Reservation strongly recommended!

Pavilion

Last October, Yannick Alleno inaugurated its third Parisian restaurant: Pavilion. Located on the ground floor of the Pavillon Ledoyen – in the gardens of the Champs-Élysées ! – the entrance to Pavyllon is totally independent from those of its 'big brothers'. Even if, on sunny days, it is on their bucolic terrace that it is the most pleasant to sit down, the counter in metallic wood with a bronze patina is the perfect spot for curious gourmets. Here, they will have a front row seat to observe the execution of a fast food where mixes French influence and other culinary traditions: the lightness of vegetable tempuras, served automatically as an accompaniment to several dishes, cooking on a teppanyaki (metal plate), or even a few blends of Nordic and Italian cuisine. The dishes are all exquisite, as beautiful and well presented as they are tasty. It must be admitted, leaving Pavyllon, it is easy to understand how this new restaurant won its first star. Michelin in just a few months!

Pavilion at the Ledoyen Pavilion, 8 Avenue Dutuit, 75008 Paris. Open every day of the week. Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 15:00 p.m. and dinner from 18:30 p.m. to 23:00 p.m. Reservation: 01 53 05 10 10 – pavyllon@ledoyen.com

Creatures

Perched on the roof terrace of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Restaurant Creatures has just reopened its doors to the public... to our delight! Here, all the ceremonial of the mediterranean cuisine is in the spotlight: from the preparation of the meal until the moment it is shared, from the service to the general rhythm, from the environment to the dishes, and from the open kitchen to the energy. Another special feature of this ephemeral place: the chef's kitchen Julien Sebbag is 100% vegetarian… but is no less delicious! À la carte: colorful salads – potatoes, hard-boiled egg, capers, homemade aioli & paprika or even tabbouleh with raisins, almonds, fresh herbs & feta – a Stain Boy or even a delicious oven-roasted half-aubergine, salad of cherry tomatoes & thina. This joyful mix of flavors and colors will seduce all palates, especially those who are currently paying attention to their summer body. Not to mention the cocktail bar furiously stylish!
