This weekend, lunch in song at Bel Canto in Paris

For over 20 years now, Bel Canto offers an original concept, not found elsewhere. The poetic encounter between two distinct worlds: the lyrical singing and gastronomy. It is in this exceptional restaurant that one goes to take full eyes… and ears! On the plate, the meal is played out 3 acts without a false note. On the menu, we discover a sublime Thai-style royal sea bream ceviche, a Risotto with green asparagus and Auvergne blue cheese as well as a “Chateaubriand” beef fillet. Even if at this stage of the meal, we are already quite full, skipping dessert would be a big mistake. Between fruity Pavlova or Frozen Nougat, it's impossible to choose! The dishes really reflect the place: generous et refined. A unique experience, marrying two well-matched passions, which we can only recommend!
