In September 2011, Maison&Objet took the bold step of creating an event that would open its aisles to the general public. It was the birth of Paris Design Week. This festive and unifying event reveals the many talents that the whole city contains. Paris Design Week offers a transversal vision of design in its broadest sense. The living room covers the creation of furniture, graphic design, interior architecture and even gastronomy. Spread over two weekends, this event allows visitors to discover the exhibitions and installations offered by its 200 participating locations.
