It is the most anticipated prestigious event in Hollywood and around the world. This March 10, 2024 marked the 96th Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles. If the awards are the most important verdict, the one on the red carpet is just as crucial. Which celebrities opted for Parisian designers for the 2024 Oscars? Paris Select took out its radar and spotted the most beautiful looks straight out of Parisian workshops.

Los Angeles was in turmoil this Sunday, March 10. The big names in cinema attended the 96th Oscars ceremony in outfits that were all more chic than the others. Here is a nice selection of stars who paid tribute to French know-how on the red carpet.

Charlize Theron in Dior

Actress Charlize Theron opted for a powder pink satin dress by Dior for the Oscars ceremony. For the After Party, it was her darker and fatal alter ego that the muse of the House brought out. We will forever remember the sublime Charlize, emerging from a bath of gold while pronouncing this famous slogan in French: “J'adore, Dior”, in the now legendary advertising spot.

Jennifer Lawrence in Dior

Same designer for the lovely Jennifer Lawrence! And always black and white in the spotlight to pay homage to the refined and elegant creations of the House of Dior.

Bradley Cooper in Louis Vuitton

Very Bad Trip? No not this time. It's a flawless taste and elegance for Bradley Cooper who trusted the talented Pharell Williams and his men's creations at Louis Vuitton. A double-breasted jacket and flared pants are right on trend. A successful appearance!

Emma Stone in Louis Vuitton

She's the big winner of the evening! Emma Stone won the Oscar for Best Actress for her performance in the film “Poor Creatures”. Friend of the Maison Louis Vuitton for years, it was obviously in a creation by Nicolas Ghesquière that the actress went to the evening. A mint green strapless dress with a peplum skirt. An evening dress completed with a magnificent diamond necklace from the Louis Vuitton high jewelry collection.

An (almost) flawless first outfit if we decide to ignore the slight dress mishap that followed the young woman on stage. Getting your Oscar back by admitting to having damaged your Louis Vuitton dress is chic. The creator should not hold it against him. The two friends also wanted to share the first episode of the Youtube series which is dedicated to him, together.
