The prestigious Swiss manufacturer, Jaeger-LeCoultre, launched its latest innovative project at the watch fair Watches & Wonders in Geneva. L'Atelier de Précision is the event that promises an exquisite marriage between renowned watchmaking and a high-end culinary experience.
An unprecedented collaboration between watchmaking and gastronomy
The Precision Workshop is the result of a exclusive collaboration between Jaeger-LeCoultre and Chef Himanshu Saini. A chef recognized for his molecular cuisine and holder of two stars in the Michelin Guide thanks to his restaurant Trèsind Studio in Dubai. Inspired by the meticulous gestures observed in the Jaeger-LeCoultre workshops, Chef Saini created four thematic bites which combine Indian influences with ingredients from the Vallée de Joux, the historic cradle of the manufacture.
A sensory experience in four acts
Every bite of this gastronomic experience, like “Crimson Rosette”, “Verbena Outburst”, “Mysterious Forest” et “Pine Nut Delight”, reveals a sophisticated culinary story. This highlights the precision and artisanal excellence dear to Jaeger-LeCoultre. These unique creations are presented as part of a tasting orchestrated as a true artistic performance, accompanied by tailor-made drinks to delight the taste buds.

Made of Makers: when art meets gastronomy
The Precision Workshop is part of the Jaeger LeCoultre Made of Makers program. A program dedicated to collaborations with artists and artisans from diverse backgrounds. After its launch in Geneva, this gastronomic experience should then be presented in other destinations through the exhibition Precision Maker. Thus offering total immersion in the world of precision and refinement.
Jaeger-LeCoultre once again demonstrates its commitment to pushing the boundaries of excellence, by combining luxury watchmaking with the most refined culinary art. The Atelier de Précision is much more than just a tasting. It is indeed a true celebration of passion, creativity and precision. It thus embodies the spirit of innovation and excellence that has characterized the brand for more than 180 years.
