Since its inauguration in 1875, the Opéra Garnier has continued to attract the curious from all over the world, as well as music lovers from all walks of life. With its eclectic and baroque decor, the largest opera house in Europe is a cult Parisian spot, to be discovered absolutely. 

At the end of the famous avenue de l'Opéra, stands the Palais Garnier, inaugurated under the Third Republic. Due to its architecture which brings together different styles – classical and baroque, combining cupolas, friezes, columns and other marble or bronze statues – this building is one of the most extravagant examples of Second Empire architecture in France.
