One of the most prestigious hotels in the capital, the Plaza Athénée, reopens the doors of La Cour Jardin, its summer restaurant, from May 7. What excellent news with the arrival of sunny days!

Wrapped in Virginia creeper and red geraniums, the Garden Courtyard of the Plaza Athénée offers a real parenthesis out of time. Here, you can enjoy a casual lunch as well as a romantic dinner. The recipes, to share or enjoy alone, are an invitation to a culinary escape.

With its new summer menu, prepared with meticulousness, passion and simplicity by Jean Imbert, each dish is an ode to the senses. To the textures but also to the flavors. Alongside the Executive Chef of the hotel, Jocelyn Herland, he creates a captivating taste experience, drawing inspiration from the summer delights of nature to offer you moments of pure delight!

The new map highlights the richness of the plant in all its glory. It thus celebrates the faithful partners of Jean Imbert. Market gardeners, gardeners, fishermen and breeders… With whom he has maintained special relationships for years. Rigorously selected, these exceptional products are enhanced with refined simplicity.

Sun-kissed vegetables, straight from the Ferme du Perche, melting tomatoes from Jacky Mercier. Or even eggplants, melons, sugars, zucchini flowers, delivered by Didier Pil, the Petit-Moulin vegetable garden. Or Christophe Latour from Épicerie Fine Latour… Without forgetting exceptional products such as caviar, combined with a recipe for homemade shells, prepared in front of the guests by the Chef himself!

On the sweet side, Elizabeth Hot, talented Hotel Pastry Chef, brings a touch of summer freshness to its desserts. All in keeping with the establishment's culinary philosophy. As for the sommelier, she offers a selection of carefully chosen wines, in perfect harmony with the menu as well as the moment. Thus, the Garden Court offers a total immersion in nature, in the heart of Paris.
