Right

Fish restaurant taken over by Alain Ducasse en 2007, Rech is a real institution since 1925. In a refined setting with light tones, you can enjoy a cuisine that sublimates the sea products ! In order not to change anything in the heritage of the Rech family... Since the start of the school year, the establishment has displayed a new menu, drawn up with the chef Jacques Maximin. From house signature dishes : golden sole, fried fingerling potatoes, or John Dory fillet. Seafood lovers are in the right place here because every day! The scaler bench receives oysters, shellfish and crustaceans that the establishment offers in the form of trays… Quality products that stand out for their freshness and promise a savory taste.

To finish on a sweet touch, we absolutely recommend the Mister Rec! A gourmet frozen hazelnut success topped with a hot chocolate sauce…
Like every address of the multi-starred chef, we rarely leave disappointed. Simple, refined cuisine, sober decor and impeccable service, faultless! Well done for this flagship of marine gastronomy.

The Montparnasse Dome

Enthroned on the boulevard du Montparnasse for more than a century, The dome is a real institution of fish and seafood, whose greatest regulars were none other thanErnest Hemingway, Pablo Picasso, Brassaï and Amedeo Modigliani… As soon as you enter, you are immediately seduced by the brasserie space transformed into a summer garden lush to perfection. And it's not over since passing the door of the restaurant, we discover a Art Deco room recently revamped by Axel Huynh. Sublimely decorated with velvet and sumptuous overhead frescoes enhanced with gold leaf, the designer has succeeded in keeping his soul while revisiting the codes of the Parisian brasserie with elegance and modernity.

Since May 2018, it is the Japanese starred chef Miura Yoshihiko who directs the stoves, bringing a breath of fresh air and modernizing the Dôme menu, without ever distorting it. His high precision work, his unparalleled technique and his sense of aesthetics dedicated to traditional French cuisine blends with Japanese flavors, textures and secrets.

A la carte, of courseexcellent seafood, from best french producers : Oysters - hollow or flat – clams, clams, clams, lobsters and other delicious fish, arriving every day (turbot, sole, bar, monkfish…), but also sublime desserts which come to complete this tasty ode.
