Enthroned in the rue des Rosiers, Le Beef turns out to be the best steakhouse in Paris. It is located just above a cabaret in the Marais. Thus, the room has retained the charm of this place dating from the XNUMXth century: exposed stone beams and walls combined with black tables and red velvet armchairs... In addition to this room with chic and sober decoration, the Beef has a large terrace with a storefront. The atmosphere is there at the same time cozy, refined and relaxed. A kitchen led by young chef Daniel Renaudie

Gastronomic, organic and good, Le Beef specializes in meats and promotes great quality of its productsnights. The vegetables are sourced in a short circuit, the promise of unbeatable freshness. Most come from elsewhere Parisian organic farm by Ruben Sarfati (Top chef). In any case, here, absolutely no product is frozen, a real golden rule of the establishment. Even the delicious sauces are homemade!

There are therefore 5 starters, 5 main courses and 5 desserts on the menu. Among the dishes, all the beautiful cuts of meat that delight meat lovers. Flank steak, sirloin steak, rib steak, lamb rump steak, prime rib… All served with homemade fries, sweet mash or farm vegetables! As for the sweet tooth, they are certainly not forgotten with a myriad of creative and hearty desserts. A menu created by the young and talented chef Daniel Renaudie.

Exceptional matured meats 

At Le Beef restaurant, you are served matured meat, originating in Europe (France, Germany or Ireland). This maturation allows tastier and more tender meat, thanks to the action of enzymes that develop proteins, releasing their aromas. The other great added value? The ethical approach of the restaurant since the animals are not slaughtered in the traditional way. They are neither transported nor mistreated to the slaughterhouse. It is a mobile slaughterhouse that comes directly to their fields. Consequently, the animals are not stressed, which makes the meat much more tender. 

In addition to this exceptional meat, we particularly appreciate the service of the Beef which is just impeccable. The staff is attentive and does everything to make you feel good…
