Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at the Bulgari Hotel Paris

Le Bulgari Hotel Paris harbors within it The Restaurant - Niko Romito, unique Italian culinary concept imagined by three-star chef Niko Romito – for his restaurant Reale in Abruzzo – especially for the Bulgari Hotels group.

Copper banquettes, sets of mirrors, oak and maple wood… If the decor is a tribute to Parisian culture, each decorative object has been sourced in Italy.

On the plates, the chef breaks the codes of Italian gastronomy, focusing on the essential ingredients and characteristics of the culture, elegance and vitality of "Made in Italy". The menu gives pride of place to both seafood and land.

In addition to the classic lobster salad, vitello tonnato, linguine with lobster and red prawns or even Milanese risotto, there are nice pieces of meat (veal chop, beef tagliata with rosemary…) or even sea bass or steamed cod. The map is very complete and has been designed so that all gourmets are satisfied!
For even more privacy, the establishment has a private dining room and a Mediterranean garden to savor meals outdoors on sunny days.

With its warm atmosphere and luxurious design, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito definitely represents “the place to be” during Fashion Week.

Parisians at the Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa hotel

Located at the corner of rue de l'Université and rue du Pré-aux-Clercs, Les Parisiens offers
Germain-des-Prés a new meeting place with a very Parisian chic.
Benches in leather and sand velvet, quartzite tables rimmed with brass, ceramics and other mirrors reflecting the lacquered canvases... Its decor modernizes the codes of the brasserie and on sunny days, we particularly appreciate its terrace overlooking the rue du Pré-aux - Clerics.

At the controls of the stoves, we find Thibault Sombardier. The Top Chef finalist won over Parisian gourmets at the Antoine restaurant, crowned with a star, then in his sharp bistros Mensae and Sellae. Thus, the menu of this neo-brasserie honors emblematic dishes such as half-lobster au gratin with Savora and fries, tartare, snail ravioli, chocolate praline mousse or even sole meunière. For the rest, the chef here defends the values of haute bistronomy that are dear to him, in recipes that he wants to be "accessible, readable, simple in appearance and precise in the background." With particular attention paid to seasonal products.

On the wine side, the cellar is eclectic with winegrowers' estates, biodynamics, plot cuvées, fine references from the great French appellations and champagnes from winegrowers like big houses. A solid asset to meet the ambition of making the restaurant “a benchmark for gourmet food in its neighborhood”.

Wild finally arrives in Paris, within thecollector's hotel. The concept ? Offer a spectacular and festive atmosphere with quality cuisine and delicious cocktails. You will then find a fine Japanese cuisine with a Mediterranean touch, proposed by Chef Fermin Azkue. All this in a great festive atmosphere with music and shows every night!

As for the decoration, it will immerse you in a lush jungle with an African atmosphere.

Every evening, the show is in order and short shows come to brighten up the restaurant in its center, around the rhinoceros, signature of the house. We also like: Salvaje's SushiBar.

Yakuza at Maison Albar Hotels – Le Vendome

After Yakuza Oporto and Lisbon, Olivier DaCosta packs his bags in Paris. It's at the hotel House Albar Le Vendome that the chief has taken up residence. The entrance way a speakeasy presents itself as a golden door hidden in the hotel lobby, through which one signals oneself. Once inside, it's a decor pimped with velvet, carp on the ceiling and geishas on the walls that we discover... And the wonder continues on the plate! We then enjoy a Mediterranean interpretation of Japanese specialties around the fish.

On the menu: toro tuna belly and king crab, also available with fish and guacamole, truffled gunkan with a quail egg, salmon and chive temaki shake… To accompany these delicious dishes, Yakuza offers a fine selection of sakes as well as cocktails and matcha lemonades. Not to be missed: the green tea fondant and sesame ice cream.
