After several months of renovation, the legendary Ladurée boutique on the Champs-Élysées is reopening its doors! More spacious, it offers a real journey to discover the brand’s exceptional know-how. Better yet, this legendary address celebrates the heritage of the House which is celebrating its 162nd anniversary this year.
This is the new unmissable gourmet address. Summer and winter alike, Parisians and tourists will now be able to experience total immersion in the French art of living. With more than 1000m2 of surface area and opening from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 22 p.m., the new Ladurée boutique offers as many different spaces as there are experiences to enjoy.
A restaurant with 180 seats, a winter garden, a music room, a café area, a dessert bar, a boutique and a cooking class. So many tasting spaces that make the pleasure last on site.
What's new?
As for the renovations, the new store wants to tell a true Parisian story, modern and sophisticated. The opulent decor is available in the emblematic colors of the French House. We find Ladurée green there, but also pink and blue.
The coffee area
The coffee area is the new extension of the Ladurée universe. Ideal to accompany all moments of the day, it is established as the new essential ritual. A well-deserved break after strolling along the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. You can stop there for a few minutes and choose to take your favorite drink and pastries to enjoy on the go in the morning. Or choose to take a break there, a professional meeting around a beautiful selection of macaroons.
The dessert bar
The majestic dessert bar offers a unique experience at Ladurée. Each customer is invited to observe the pastry chefs preparing exclusive recipes.
From 12 p.m. to 18 p.m., Tea Time is enjoyed in three stages and 6 creations imagined by chef Julien Alvarez.
At the end of the afternoon, the art of pastry gives way to the art of the cocktail, which can be accompanied by platters of charcuterie and cheese, or even savory petit fours.
L'Atelier 75 Champs-Élysées
Atelier 75 Champs Élysées is the brand new private space. Starting in February, it will host pastry classes led by chef Julien Alvarez and his team. In a friendly atmosphere, the apprentices will meet to learn the secrets of macarons. Or depending on the season, those of the frangipane of a pancake, or the assembly of a Yule log.
French luxury
On the decor side, the Ladurée boutique has done everything possible to remain faithful to its initial decoration, dated 1977. A flamboyant decor which reflects the spirit of the Second Empire and gives the place its eternal historical dimension. The refinement of Rosso Lepanto marble combines with historic ironwork elements from Atelier Eiffel and lattice-style woodwork.
