Winter Fun: Fireside Lunch in the Hamptons

If you like, share !

It's well known that winter is a season where cocooning is welcome. Getting together with friends by the fire is one of those little pleasures that almost makes us forget the cold of winter. Restaurant The Hamptons, nestled in the heart ofRenaissance Hotel in Rueil-Malmaison, invites you to experience this moment of relaxation in a natural environment and good vibes. In addition to a exceptional gastronomic experience, you will share a moment of conviviality in a warm restaurant. Upon arrival, walk through a vast porch evoking the majestic entrances of iconic New Jersey residences. The atmosphere is enhanced by the presence of maritime pines, creating an atmosphere of seaside softness.

A gentle and serene atmosphere that feels good

Fascinated by the architectural style of large Anglo-Norman residences, architect and designer Jean-Philippe Nuel invites you on a journey through space and time. The vast dining room looks like a family home immediately immerses you in a warm intimacy. What immediately catches the eye is the majestic fireplace in stone, which sits at the heart of this space. This centerpiece, elegantly framed by lounges with the cozy atmosphere on both sides, creates a real pleasant and comforting place of sharing.

The shades of wood blend harmoniously with a chromatic palette dominated by soothing tones whites and blues. These elements contribute to weaving a exotic atmosphere, inviting guests to fully enjoy this delicious experience.

A table rich in proposals

The kitchen carefully prepares a meticulous selection of fresh and seasonal products on the kitchen side. Revealing authentic and delectable flavors. Sailing between land and sea, the cuisine offered finds its sources of inspiration in the four corners of the globe. From Japan to the United States, via the United Kingdom and, naturally, France. THE chef Matthieu Marti, master in the art of concocting dishes with refined flavors, also excels in the preparation of meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. The dishes are offered grilled, braised or just seared. Our favorite: the Walnut St. Jacques accompanied by a green lentil curry from Yvelines, as well as a bacon emulsion... A real treat. Rotisserie, barbecue, plancha or simmered dishes, the Hamptons offers recipes that will appeal to gourmets.
