It is with great surprise that the luxury house, Saint Laurent, announces the opening of its new bookstore-gallery in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.

Last December, the luxury brand inaugurated its largest flagship on the most beautiful avenue in the world. 2 months later, Saint Laurent opens a new space dedicated to art and culture, located at number 9 rue Grenelle, in the very chic district of Sèvres-Babylon.

This place is of particular importance to the creator Yves Saint Laurent as well as for Pierre Bergé. Indeed, in 1970, the couple lived at 55 rue de Babylone, in a huge duplex of 600 m2. Thus, this new cultural space makes a symbolic tribute to these two French icons.

The address also offers a careful selection of art books (from Juergen Teller, fashion photographer, to Pablo Picasso). There is also a selection of vinyls (from Ryuichi Sakamoto to Michel Berger). Finally, a careful selection of magazines, best reflecting the image of the House.

Thus, designed for art lovers, the Saint Laurent Babylone boutique offers books designed in collaboration with artists such as Bruno Roels, the Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama or the Frenchman Jeanloup Sieff.
