The city of Paris will never stop renewing itself. After several great hotel openings, 2024 will welcome new exceptional addresses. A new collection of luxury and sharing homes is about to see the light of day, under the name 1.75 Paris. First opening planned for May, in the 7th arrondissement. Here's what we already know!

The first homes of heart, luxury and sharing…

1 meters is the span of open arms, in other words the archetypal symbol of hospitality. A universal way to welcome and make others feel at home. This perfectly sums up the desire of this new collection which is about to see the light of day in Paris. A collection of three luxury homes announced, which will perfectly recreate this feeling of being at home.

1.75 Paris, La Sève

In 2024, three new addresses will be created to welcome people looking for luxury, privacy and comfort. The first one, “La Sève” will open its doors in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, in the heart of Avenue de Lowendal. Nothing like a hotel, however warm it may be. La Sève is a warm place run by a Hostess. It is dedicated to making, for each of its visitors, a second home anchored in Paris and its art of living.

La Sève, an exceptional Parisian residence

La Sève is not just accommodation, it is an entire building, which can be privatized according to your needs. The entire building for a feeling of absolute tranquility? An apartment to live the Parisian experience with friends, as a couple or with family? Or even simply a suite, for a stay of discovery and meetings.

La Sève is part of a spirit of connection with the life of the neighborhood, in particular through its culinary offer signed by Stéphanie le Quellec, emblem of French gastronomy. Because where better to experience French hospitality than around a dining table?

A unique catering concept

The La Sève art of living experience starts on the ground floor with a unique catering concept. On this occasion, he invites one of the most emblematic chefs of the national gastronomic heritage: Stéphanie Le Quellec.

For the residents of La Sève, Maison MAM is an extension of a home: a hybrid place that reflects the spirit of La Sève as much as it is part of the life of the neighborhood. You can sit there for lunch in contact with Parisians or order a meal to enjoy on the upper floors.

Want a more advanced culinary experience? It is possible to organize, in the dining rooms of La Sève, a chef's table with Stéphanie Le Quellec’s brigade. For a journey to discover its signature dishes.

See you in May for all the information on this beautiful Parisian opening!
